Sales Terms
- Our online store operates on a "Sample + B2B" model, offering two options: "Request for Samples" and "B2B Consultation."
- Customers can calculate wholesale prices for different quantities in real time. However, due to international tax policies, only a maximum of 3 items can be added to the cart and will be purchased for sample purposes only. If more items are required, customers are encouraged to click the "B2B Consultation" button for further assistance.
- Shipments of sample products are conducted under various trade terms, including Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU), Ex Works (EXW), or Free Carrier (FCA). Customers can select the most suitable trade term based on their requirements.
- Upon placing an order, customers will automatically receive a commercial invoice via email. The invoice will specify that the samples are intended for evaluation or testing purposes, and imported solely to obtain future orders for the type of goods they represent.
- All transactions conducted through our online store are subject to financial and legal obligations. Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations regarding taxation, import/export, and other relevant matters.

- The buyer is responsible for the international delivery fee and arranging the return shipment. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the returned products. The Company reserves the right to inspect the returned items and may charge a portion of the refund if the products have been excessively used or damaged beyond normal wear and tear.
