  • Oily or unclean surfaces that compromise adhesion
  • Construction environments with temperatures < 5°C or humidity > 85% (this Two-Component Epoxy Ceramic Grout requires proper conditions for optimal curing)

How to Use?

Surface Preparation

  • Ensure all joints and bonding surfaces are completely dry, clean, and free from dust, oil, or water to guarantee maximum adhesion.
  • Verify that the joint depth is ≥ 2 mm and the joint width is between 2–10 mm for optimal grout application.
  • Do not apply on undried substrates with a moisture content > 8% or on oily, unclean surfaces, as this will compromise the bond.

Application Instructions

  • Strictly measure Component A and Component B at a 1:1 mixing ratio by volume.
  • Mix the components thoroughly using an electric mixer for at least 3 minutes to avoid incomplete mixing and ensure a uniform paste.
  • Inject the mixed Two-Component Epoxy Ceramic Grout evenly into the joints using a caulking gun, ensuring the gaps are fully filled.
  • Remove any excess material and smoothly tool the joints within the surface drying time limit of 1 to 2 hours.

Curing & Limitations

  • The mixed grout has a working time of 20 to 60 minutes. Ensure the area remains well-ventilated during and after application.
  • Surface drying occurs in 1 to 2 hours, but the grout requires 7 days to achieve full curing and its maximum high-hardness, waterproof properties.
  • Avoid scratches, impacts, walking, or water contact during the entire 7-day full curing period to ensure a flawless, Grade 0 anti-mold finish.
  • Do not apply this Two-Component Epoxy Ceramic Grout in environments where the temperature is below 5°C or the humidity is above 85%.
