  • Application in ambient temperatures below 5°C (this MS Polymer Sealant requires proper conditions for optimal curing and performance)

How to Use?

Surface Preparation

  • Ensure all application surfaces are completely dry, clean, and free from dust, oil, standing water, and old sealant residue to guarantee maximum adhesion.
  • Mask adjacent areas with painters tape if necessary to ensure clean, sharp lines and prevent surface staining.
  • Do not apply on oily or unclean surfaces that bleed plasticizers or solvents, as this will directly compromise the bond.

Application Instructions

  • Cut the nozzle at a 45-degree angle to match the desired joint width and pierce the cartridge seal.
  • Load the 300ml cartridge into a standard caulking gun and apply the Ceramic Crystal Permanent Anti-Mold Sealant evenly into the gap, ensuring it is fully filled.
  • Tool the joint smoothly with a finishing tool or spatula immediately after application to ensure good contact with the substrates and a clean aesthetic appearance.
  • Remove any masking tape immediately after tooling before the sealant begins to skin over.

Curing & Limitations

  • Being a one-component ready-to-use formula, it cures via atmospheric moisture. Ensure proper ambient ventilation during the curing process.
  • The sealant will form a skin surface quickly, gradually curing inward to achieve its smooth, glossy, ceramic-like finish and durable structural strength.
  • Avoid heavy physical contact, abrasion, or direct water pressure until the sealant has fully cured to guarantee its Grade 0 mold resistance and long-term waterproof performance.
  • Do not apply this MS Polymer Sealant in construction environments where temperatures are below 5°C or on frost-covered surfaces.
