How to Use?

Surface Preparation

  • Ensure all bonding surfaces are clean, dry, and free from dust, grease, or loose particles.
  • Cut the nozzle tip to the desired bead size (recommended 5mm opening).
  • Apply under suitable ambient conditions; avoid application on wet or frozen surfaces.

Application Instructions

  • Apply a continuous bead or a series of beads to the substrate.
  • For large surfaces, apply beads approximately every 40 cm to ensure full coverage.
  • Position components immediately and press together firmly.
  • In high-stress applications, use mechanical fasteners or clamps to maintain contact.
  • Repositioning is possible for up to 20 minutes after assembly.

Curing & Limitations

  • Allow a minimum of 24 hours before removing temporary clamps or supports.
  • Avoid stressing the bonded joint during the full 7-day cure period.
  • Do not apply to surfaces that are wet, damp, or contaminated.
  • Not suitable for structural bonding or continuous water exposure.
