The Best Pu Foam in the UAE -WD-A1

I’ll tell you why our product, WD-A1, is the best and how to request a quote. It’ll only take 5 minutes to find out why and buy it.

The story of why it’s the best PU foam?

I’ll keep it short and sweet, because we know we don’t like reading long articles these days. Technology has advanced, and our engineer and chemist, who creates our silicone sealant, has selected the TOP 5 best PU Foams in the UAE market. After selecting them, he purchased them in Dubai, where his company is based.

He contacted a delivery company to send them to his factory in China where he produces his silicone sealants. If you are interested in receiving them, you can go to the contact page and write to our WhatsApp. To get to the point, when the engineer received the 5 best PU Foams from Dubai (I won’t mention brands), he began to doubt whether he could create PU Foam, because he alone created and improved his silicone sealants.

Then he came up with the idea of contacting his friends who were in this field. One of his good friends contacted him and said he knew the best at creating PU Foam and gave him the contact. Then Feng (our engineer) contacted the PU Foam specialist, named Jhang. Days later, Jhang arrived at Feng’s lab, and they began discussing how to improve and economize the product so it could enter the market.

After several attempts, Feng found the basic formula for the best PU foam they received from Dubai. Surprised, Jhang became more involved in Feng’s project, and together, over time, they developed the best PU foam called WD-A1.
After this research and friendly discussion, I’ll tell you about the advantages and disadvantages compared to other brands, which will not be mentioned.
This chart shows different modified polymers without the need for added calcium powder and with less paraffin. This reduces the sustained combustion stability, meaning its auto-combustion rate is slower.

WEIDU PU foam achieves a fire-stopping rating(Classification B2).

The large amount of paraffin and industrial oils causes a large amount of oil to leak, leading to faster combustion.

To help you understand this better, I’ll show you the graph. The product on the left is ours, which we can call A1, and the product on the right is the standard product you use, which we can call A7:

Propellant and Propane:

These are gases that propel the foam inside the container.
  • A1: Contains 12% Propane.
  • A7: Contains 10% propane.

With this percentage, we could say that A1 has better propulsion than A7.

Polyurethane Polymer:

This is the main material in foam rubber and affects product quality, such as hardness and adhesion.
  • A1: Contains 53% polyurethane polymer
  • A7: Contains 30% polyurethane polymer

This means that A1 is used more than A7, which is the standard used today.

Paraffin Chloride:

Paraffin chloride increases the oiliness of the product.
  • A1: Contains 35% paraffin chloride
  • A7: Contains 40% paraffin chloride

Product A7 contains paraffin chloride, while A1 contains 5% less. This means that A7 will emit harmful gases, while A1 will emit 5% less than A7.

Industrial Oils and Stone Dust:

Industrial oils and stone dust have no effect other than reducing costs, which consequently leads to reducing the main foam materials and poses serious safety risks.
  • A1: Our product does not contain industrial oils or stone dust
  • A7: Contains 20% industrial oil + calcium carbonate
This will result in a decrease in the amount of glue.
